Welcome to InterviewAce. By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to InterviewAce.
• "You" or "User" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.
• "Content" means text, images, audio, video, code, and other materials you submit or generate through the Service.

2. License to Use

• Grant of License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions. You will not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; (b) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense any portion of the Service; (c) use the Service to develop competing products or services; or (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

3. User Accounts

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

• One-Time Payment. Access to the InterviewAce Package requires a one-time payment of $24.99 for 3 credits (3 hours of interview help).
• Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be sent to contact@interviewace.com. Credits expire only upon refund.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights. All intellectual property rights in the Service and its contents are owned by or licensed to InterviewAce.
• Your Content. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, performance, or uninterrupted access.
• Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewAce and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterviewAce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
